Dictionary.com defines "bah" as a word used to "express impatient rejection or contempt."

UrbanDictionary.com describes it as "a word used to express feelings of tiredness, boredom, or frusteration." And even gives the following example: "bah. I have a boring life AND I can't open a can with a conventional can opener."

Basically, BAH is a cool sounding word that expresses brief frustration, anger, or annoyance at even the smallest of things. We begain using the word back in college and to this day we still drop it now and then.
